Terms of use
* All Individuals/ Businesses wanting to list their need for venture capital, green, ecofriendly, microbusiness or stricly grant money must agree to the following terms: (1) You must have a valid physical address and phone number and verifiable identity (basis internet check) in order to list here. (2) Not everyone who applies to list their need for capital, loan money or grants/gifts will be allowed to list here.
(3) Jabahut.com does not give any endorsement to such individuals once they are listed on this section. (4) All those with venture capital must check out potential applicants on their own and you agree that by using this section you do not expect Jabahut.com to pre-screen or check out applicants for venture capital and agree Jabahut.com is not responsible for the outcome of the working relationship between investors and funding recipients. For a fee will will help with this process but both parties (lender and borrower or gifter and receiptient agree not to hold Jabahut.com liable for any screw ups on our part. Additional screening may be done at the request of the lender and may need to be paid for by one of the two parties involved.
There is a five dollar charge each time you list a new venture you are seeking capital for. This is the same for those applying for micro business loans, eco friendly or green loans. All loans are private and not subject to lending laws but are considered private agreements between two individuals/entities as far as state, local and federal laws permit. Those seeking charitable grants do not have to pay to apply. Those needing to pay may pay by check, cash, money order or visa card.

Please place the following in the subject line: “seeking venture capital” or seeking whatever it is your are seeking based upon the following: A) venture capital. B) Micro business loans (private loans) C) Green or Eco friendly loans D) Grants or gifts.
** For the purposes of this section, Jabahut.com is only listing companies and individuals that would fall under the definition of “Venture Capital” as described in Wikepedia, or those who finance microbusiness, ecofriendly lenders and those wishing to make gifts or grants to the needy or someone you fell sorry for. All grants can be donated through our charity if you want a tax receipt or you can make them directly to the recipients if you want to do it that way. There may be a processing fee depending on several factors we won’t discuss at this time. lending institutions and programs and regular conventional business loans are or will be covered under another section. You may be asked to pay an additional charge if you are lending or granting money based upon how we feel at any given moment and how much money we have in the bank, if we want to work or not and other important things like that (processing of grants for needy are not subject to our whims or moodiness).
